It seems to dry the washing quicker than our previous dryer. It's a 'no thrills' dryer, hot or warm air and a timer, which is all you need. Some components look to be fairly cheap (door catch and fluff filter) so time will tell how long they last. Delivered with blue packing tape all over it which is a nightmare to remove (very frustrating, why do they do that). Overall a decent dryer for the price, I just wish AO and Indesit wouldn't hound you to buy additional breakdown insurance, they continue to push after several polite 'no thank-you's', it's a real turnoff for a customer.

DO NOT BUY !This dryer arrived today , delivery was great . I switched it on tonight for the very first time with 3 items in it and immediately could hear the noise from the leaking door seal . This was quickly followed in the next minute by my kitchen being filled with smoke and an awful burning smell. It's such a dangerous machine that I had to instantly switch it off and open the front and back doors to get rid of the toxic smell and smoke before all my fire alarms could go off. I'm absolutely furious! What a waste of money! I phoned ao.com , their lines are closed , the chat bot says I need to contact manufacturer , Indesit lines are closed ! I will try again in the morning but meanwhile I have all the washing to get dry!! I will not accept the same make again , what an absolute Con ! I don't want to give any stars as how can you when a brand new item is about to go on fire ????!!

A good basic tumble drier, but the vent hose is very fiddly and tightening the jubilee clip to attach it to the machine doesn't work well resulting in the slightest movement and the hose falls off. I had to buy a vented tumble drier as I need to accommodate it in the garage. Had I not needed the vent, I would certainly have chosen a different system as, in my experience, a vent with hose is never that successful. Having said that, the machine is simple to use and effective.

Wanted something larger than the table top tumble we had, seems to be working ok. Spent an age trying to get the metal vent pipe connected as it was more of an interferance fit. And yes I am a time servered engineer so I am not incapable of joing parts together!

It was OK. Untill it stopped working within two months.

This is amazing. It dries large load of jeans, towels etc in 50 minutes. The best easiest to use tumble dryer ever. Superb. Highly recommend. I previously bought washer/dryer from another company, which is the worst ever, as it took 7 hours, then when I opened machine, the clothes were still wet!! I then bought this Indesit tumble dryer from ao.com, which is just fantastic. I love it. It is quiet and clothes come out bouncy and DRY. Delivery man was marvelous, and I even got a cuddly ao bear. The best dryer and service ever. Thank you.

Seems like a good replacement for my old machine that lasted 20+ years. Very roomy and settings easy to use and so far very reliable. Dries quicker than the previous machine and two way tumbling keeps the ironing to a minimum.

This product exceeded my expectations! It's a dryer yes and not only does it get your clothes dry. The clothes feel plump and soft which is an added bonus which is why the dryer has my vote
