Purchased this tumble dryer as my other more expensive one went on fire. Delivered today & its faulty. The metal drum is rubbing on the metal back plate which is making a REALLY loud noise. Not happy one bit. Now I need to try & contact someone to see what they can do.

Purchased Oct 2022 worked brilliantly until Jan 2024 when all of a sudden at 15 months old heat element packed in. Manufacturers warranty only 12 months- funny that!

Sadly the appliance we received does not fulfil it's primary purpose - to dry clothes - as there is no heating at all. We now have to wait two weeks for an engineer to come and fit a new heating element on a day old appliance.

Wish I knew that the vent hose is metal and instructions show vent through a wall or use by putting hose through open door. I really needed plastic hose to put through high up window- not lose heat in house through open door. Delivered this afternoon and not happy.

DO NOT BUY !This dryer arrived today , delivery was great . I switched it on tonight for the very first time with 3 items in it and immediately could hear the noise from the leaking door seal . This was quickly followed in the next minute by my kitchen being filled with smoke and an awful burning smell. It's such a dangerous machine that I had to instantly switch it off and open the front and back doors to get rid of the toxic smell and smoke before all my fire alarms could go off. I'm absolutely furious! What a waste of money! I phoned ao.com , their lines are closed , the chat bot says I need to contact manufacturer , Indesit lines are closed ! I will try again in the morning but meanwhile I have all the washing to get dry!! I will not accept the same make again , what an absolute Con ! I don't want to give any stars as how can you when a brand new item is about to go on fire ????!!

Dryer less than 6 months old and already broken twice. First repair needed a part changed... Less than 3 weeks later and it breaks again. If you're a busy person who needs a reliable and convenient tumble dryer, save yourself the headache and get a different one, I wish I had. Extremely disappointed because I had one of these tumble dryers before this one and it was fantastic.

It was OK. Untill it stopped working within two months.

Absolute rubbish, after just over a month it has stopped working, tumbles but no heat and we are going to have to wait nearly three weeks for the engineer to attend.
