    Terrible quality

    1/5
We bought this machine less than two months ago, and it’s stopped working already. Engineer’s coming tomorrow - truly dreadful quality machine.

    Deeply disappointed with its performance.

    2/5
After our old Indesit tumble dryer stopped working after four years of use, we decided to stick with the same brand and purchase this replacement model. We had previously been satisfied with Indesit, so it seemed like the logical choice. Unfortunately, after using the new tumble dryer for a couple of weeks, we are deeply disappointed with its performance. The main issue is the drying time. Compared to our old dryer, this model takes almost twice as long to dry the same amount of clothes. For a household that does laundry frequently, this is a major inconvenience. Not only does it waste time, but it also consumes more energy, which is a concern for both our electricity bills and the environment. The dryer itself seems well-built and has a sleek design, but these positives are overshadowed by the fact that it struggles with its primary function: drying clothes efficiently. Despite following all instructions and ensuring loads are not overly full, the drying times remain frustratingly long. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this tumble dryer. While it may be affordable or appealing as a brand, the inefficiency in drying makes it a poor choice for anyone looking for a reliable appliance. We regret not researching alternative options more thoroughly and would advise others to consider other brands or models that prioritize drying efficiency.

    Non starter

Can't give a fair review as it didn't work properly from day of delivery. Had it delivered the day after boxing day and indesit have been out twice and now is not useable at all still waiting for indesit to sort it out. Plus side, I'm saving huge amounts on my electric bill while it's not being used

    Disappointed

The design has changed and now the air leaks from around the door.

    Broken seal

    2/5
The seal inside the door broke within 3 weeks creating a loud whistling noise. It has since been replaced with a new model. At this time it is working fine.

    Not the best

    3/5
Very “plasticky” especially the door. Ridiculously short mains flex and ventilation hose. Remains to be seen how well the thing performs but I’m not holding my breath especially as it’s built in Britain.

Good features - bad vent hose

    3/5
Turn dial feature is great for people who want to dry off line dried items and refresh clothes as no other machines seem to have this feature anymore, only extremely long programs. However the design of the vent hose is terrible and unpractical, very difficult to fit even with jubilee clips and not built to last, no way could you keep taking it on and off for cleaning as the clips squish the metal so badly. not built like our old aeg that lasted 32 years.

    Basic

Drum size is good, didn't realise it doesn't automatically stop when clothes are dry, so you have too keep checking. Cheap and cheerful.
