I have always had a gas hob so I was worried this might not be as controllable but it is brillant. Very easy to use and much easier to clean. My husband was worried about stir frying but that works well. I was surprised at how many of our existing pans still worked so we haven't had to replace all the pans either.

The controls are responsive, if you spill onto the glass hob however it can shut it down which can be inconvenient.

Just love this hob with all its fantastic features. With its Boil Sensors assisted cooking sensors and Flexible bridge zones what else could you ask for. It boils water faster than an electric kettle. Read the instructions, which are very informative and get cooking. It looks the biz and is extremely easy to keep clean.

This AEG induction Hob brings our kitchen into the space age. With pan sensors and heat warnings and automatic temperature sensor for boiling this is would be at home in Star Trek. Biggest bonus is no longer having to pull apart the gas Hob bits apart to clean. Just a quick spray and wipe and voila, clean.

Bough this hob as I had a new kitchen installed and old hob was 8years old. Wow it is amazing. It heats up very quickly so great if in a hurry. This hob is very good looking and very sleek. I absolutely love the sense boil, the amount of times I had food boil over with my previous hob. The 14 different heat settings are perfect for cooking anything and caters to everyone''s needs. The Booster function is handy and effective. I love that two zones can join together to enable you to larger pans, skillets, grill plate and oval pots.. The hob was very easy to install. The instructions on how to use the hob are very informative. I was so impressed with the Hob and the usability that I have bought a new oven and extractor that connects with it and turns on automatically as and when needed. So that they all match. Would I recommend this hob clearly simple answer is yes I would.
