Product great so far but the new delivery charges are excessive ! We have managed to buy products that from other companies cheaper than from ao.com when you add in cost of delivery - it’s a first ! Shame !

The delivery guys were great , called me Half hour before they arrived and put it exactly where I wanted it. The oven itself was simple to install and easy enough to operate. So all in all 5 stars to the guys and the oven . Very happy customer.

2nd one of these we've bought, very happy 2ish this new one. I would have given it 5/5 but for the lack of two shelves being available for the main oven with a 3rd for the smaller oven & grill.

Excellent value for money, both myself and my wife prefer it to the Lamona we had before, much quieter fan. Simple to operate and has all the functions we need and some.
