It's a very good oven. It replaces an older model which we've only got rid of as we set fire to the grill and ruined it. The controls are straight forward and it's easy to set the timer etc. It's a shame that only 2 shelves come with it but I kept the ones from the old oven. I love the black finish which is easy to clean and it looks good. It heats up quickly and cooks very well. We can't ask for more.

Looks really smart, cooks food perfectly, handy to have a separate grill, straightforward installation, easy to keep clean perfect size for a family.

Was reccomended by our Electrician due to this model being inexpensive compared to the other well known brands with more bells and whistles. Also reported to be much easier to service with spares relatively cheap. We have found the oven easy to operate and cooks well, Grill pan is on the small side but we transferred the one from our old Neff oven which fits fine, Overall very happy.

It's exactly as described and the delivery was fast and efficient.
