It's OK blocks with pet hair very easy considering it's a pet hair hoover

Great product. Powerful suction and it’s great to know the hoover is always charged, not mention empty, thanks to the docking station. Would give 5 stars but attachments for cleaning narrow areas could be better

Very impressed with the build quality of the vacuum cleaner. Lightweight and robust gives a powerful clean. Cleans and empties and recharges when placed in the docking station. I would highly recommend this Shark vacuum.

We are very happy with the product. Very easy to use and cleans very efficiently.

Only used it twice since purchase but it is really very good in all respects. It is much better than my previous Dyson. Owner instructions could be better and more detailed. It took a careful manual trial and error but after 20 minutes or so it all became clear. Not sure about cleaning the filters, again more detailed instructions would be helpful, such as how too and what with. The self emptying into the container dock is brilliant but again required a little learning to know how it worked and when. It is a very good cleaner on all floor surfaces. Overall a brilliant piece of kit at a reasonable price especially comparing to an equivalent Dyson. Of course it is still brand new so only time will tell but on experience to date I am satisfied with this 1st class purchase.

Really love this vacuum cleaner after paying out for a Samsung vacuum cleaner that did not last a year this is a welcome replacement. Best thing is that it empties itself without any mess but it also picks up well. Only thing is that the battery life is a bit short. I purchased the insurance this time just to be on the safe side.
