Great product. Powerful suction and it’s great to know the hoover is always charged, not mention empty, thanks to the docking station. Would give 5 stars but attachments for cleaning narrow areas could be better

Out of all the cordless vacuums I’ve had in my house this has to be the best I’ve had. With the added bonus of the auto empty which has made my son start hoovering his mess up just so he can watch it empty, the only down side to it is the battery life.

Amazing Vacuum, love the auto empty system. We have 2 cats and this vacuum has made such a difference with all the cat hair in our home.

Superb hoover bit expensive but seems to be worth it

Bought this product 6 months ago. We are a normal household with 2 adults and 2 dogs. We've had endless problems with it. The tube was constantly getting clogged as it's too narrow. The auto emptying rarely worked properly and the latch that opened during auto emptying didn't shut properly after auto emptying, so next time the vac was used we had to remember to make sure this flap was clicked shut or the debris would just come out of it as you used the vac. Spoke with Shark customer service to try to resolve the issues on a couple of occasions. They were friendly and tried to resolve the issues but this vac finally gave up the ghost at just 6 months old. Shark gave me an uplift number. AO were amazing, they refunded and arranged collection of the Shark vac. This is my first and last experience of Shark.. never again.
