i am deeply unimpressed, the standard vacuum attachment doesn’t pick up anything, brand new, fully charged, on a carpet, and nothing. Reread the booklet, try again. Nothing. Remove it and replace it with the open nozzle it grudgingly picks up a few bits. This was bought for doing the stairs, my stairs are very steep, and a standard vacuum with a cord proving just too dangerous, the idea was for this to take up that role, and I’m very unimpressed at the sheer waste of money. I wish I hadn’t recycled the packaging or it would be going back.

Big, heavy, noisy.

As much as I like shark as a manufacturer, unfortunately this hoover is not the best, it constantly gets blocked & needs taking apart to unblock at the bend, the battery life does not last as long as stated and the suction is not as good as other models. Would not re buy.

Not the best product will only pick up the smallest bits of dirt ie if my pet dog comes in from the park and shacks grass of the hover struggles to pick it up

The product is extremely loud and not very sturdy when vacuuming

Its a great hoover for easier cleanin but it doesnt have a strong suck on it, i have to go over the same place ive already hooverd

It’s on okay little vacuum if your looking for a Devi e you can run over a floor quickly with or if you have a small flat. Our big shark vacuum is still used for doing ‘deeper’ / larger cleans but have to say this has been perfect for sucking up after the kids at tea

It's not bad if you're looking for a cordless vacuum, that's half the price of a Dyson. However, it doesn't have that suction power and is fairly heavy. The hoover light is a good feature it really illuminates any crumbs you might have missed. The charge lasts a long time and the hoover head covers a large area. The handheld function the suction isn't very strong. It's a decent hoover but not for heavy jobs.
