Plus points Very nice looking vacuum, good suction, very lightweight which is a bonus,easy to empty. Minus points Don’t stand on its own unless you bend it over, battery could last a little bit longer.

Great on hard floors not bad on carpets,only down side is its a bit heavy for a hoover.

It took my friends and family a very long time to convince me to buy a Shark as I always stuck with Dyson after finally giving in and purchasing one all I can say is I wish I had done it years ago. I absolutely love it. It’s way superior to my previous brand I thought it was all a load of hype trust me it not and I won’t be swapping back either. Love the way this bends in half for storage no wall bracket needed either I could actually write an essay on how much I like it. So if your thinking of buying one do it you won’t regret it.

It's brilliant you don't have to do nothing it does it fir you if you need more suction it will know and itcwill do it for you...no morepulling out hours etc it does it for you....no more scent puy into hoover it has ut built in so hoover doesn't smell....one tug at the middleof stick and it bendigo no need to lay on the floor to hooverinder dsofa the hoover doesn't for you....its fab..

I've never been disappointed in any product I've bought from AO.

Very impressed with efficiency of product and weight easy to move around only criticism is should have got one with dual battery
