All seems fine so far ... delivery was great ... grill and oven seem to cook well!

Bought as like-for-like replacement for previous Neff oven (which lasted 13 years). Fits same space as previous oven. Fittings all feel good quality and have a positive feel and dials are easy to read. Ovens both seem to work well, with even heat and timings that are in line with recipes. Reason for removing one star (I would have given it 4.5 if I could have) is clock/timer which has touch screen (fiddly to use) and beeper is not very loud. I followed instruction manual to increase length of time it beeps for but can't change the volume. It's fine if you're in the kitchen but if you leave the room you need an alternative method to alert you. It's not a deal breaker and I still think it's the best option for the under-worktop space I have so still happy with purchase.

Good oven but as it was discribed as built under I had expected feet. Perhaps I should have read the discription better. Again given the size of the unit similar to my old cooker, disappointed with size of main oven. Quality as expected by Neff excellent quality just a shame about size of main oven.

Many of the older built-under ovens are narrower and fit in a 600mm cabinet with internal measurement of 580mm. This oven needs the full 600mm so you might have to remove the side walls of your cabinet if like me you had a dedicated built-under cabinet. Once I'd removed the sides of the cabinet, I made a new base out of the sides so the oven had secure support. I then could install the mounting rails, although this took longer than expected as the instructions aren't the best. The oven was very well packed, it had properly engineered packing and is easy to remove. So far the oven is excellent in service although it's a bit small but we knew that and since we never go for turkey at Christmas (it's way too dry, and how could you choose that tasteless cardboard over a full rack rib of beef?) it's big enough for us. It's versatile too, hearts up quickly and performs as well as the Which? report that we read. We just wipe it out after every use and it hasn't really got dirty and doesn't have any caked on stains, it's much better than the old oven. It's used for roasting meat about the three or times a week so it sees plenty of pepper use. If also suggest that you'll need to keep the manual out for the first week until you get to know what the symbols mean.

This Neff arrived well packaged with everything required for installation. Very straightforward to use. Heats up quickly. Has cooked all meals/baking/grilling well so far. Very easy wipe-down cleaning. The doors feel reassuringly solid, the controls slightly less so, but overall no quality issues. Quiet in use, though has a long cool-down cycle. Perfectly satisfied so far.

This oven was rated the Best Buy on Which. so went for it. The ovens are a bit small but that seems to be the modern thing. Need both ovens for Sunday roast. Really like the grill in top and bottom oven. Controls seem a bit complicated at first but soon got the hang of them.

cons: Which reviews said that main over was big enough for a Turkey and it will only fit a small one or a crown The timer does not allow for pre heating. The is no grill pan included. pros: Looks great. Heats very quickly Easy to use. Good build quality. Won't be a full review until I have had it a few years and can comment on reliability. Hoping for the price it is reliable. Overall ok my previous Ariston (18 years old) was a little more advanced in regards to timer.

Very happy with the product as it looks good and was easy to install. Ovens are smaller than expected so make sure you do your homework and see one in the flesh before you commit. To be fair, all built-under double ovens suffer from this issue to a certain extent
