Ao were amazing. My first appliance was damaged on delivery, contacted Ao the next day! No problem at all. The following day I had a brand new one ?? Could not fault Aos service, Thank you.

This cooker is perfect for our needs. With the eye level grill there is no more burnt toast ??. I can keep my plates warm on top ready for serving food . It was easy for the engineer to install and he said he was going to buy one himself as he was impressed with it.

cooker looks ok but have to pay someone to put it together and connect it also no main gas pipe so got to buy that as well not happy with all the extras to do to start cooking

Only had I a few days but seems to work and cook very well. The delivery and fixing the gas cooker went great and the man doing the gas checks was second to none. Very professional job. 10/10.
