The TV was simple to set up as you are guided through the on-screen process and even though I''m not very technically minded I found I''d gone through the procedures without a hitch and was able to start viewing within a few minutess. We worried that the large screen would dominate the living space too much but we were amazed how quickly we got used to it and now we can''t imagine watching anything smaller! Apart from the stunning picture quality we were also surprised at the amazing quality of the sound. The TV speakers can automatically work out the best sound for your living space and this feature was brilliant when watching movies and listening to music. Straming channels were very easily accessed via the TV and we quickly decided to use the TV to move from the ''terrestrial'' channels to Netflix and Prime as it was so easy to do. For connecting other devices, there are plenty of HDMI ports and everything worked perfectly when connected. This really is so easy to set up and use - completely fool-proof!

Excellent, was purchased for elderly father in law who had previously struggled with his old TV. This one is much more straight forward and easy to use.

It has taken me a little while to fathomn oput all the features. It is a great improvement on my previous TV, but that was bought 10 years ago. I am disappointed that I can''t download any app that I want. Google Play Store is not available even though this is a Google TV. It would seem that the only Apps I can download are ones that Sony/Google choose. I can set up links to the Internet but that is somewhat clumsy. But the picture is nice an clear.

Got this product to test and it is a good product. Easily connected to google home and all my apps were instantly available. Easy to navigate around the menus and change picture settings for gaming or movies etc. The sony bravia app is good you get a free 12 month subscription with the tele and 5 free movie tokens. A nice gesture and some good titles available plus 100''s of unliminted streaming options. Design is asthetically pleasing but it isn''t sturdy and if not being hung on wall would require extra care even with the supports fitted. I like the clips that hold the wires in place around the legs which hide them from view. (See picture) Energy use is higher than my previous tv but you get better quality picture. Overall i would recommend this product.

I received this TV as Christmas present and was looking forward to my new Sony tv having used them for 40 years, Upon setting up everything looked great and I was pleased, Sadly that was premature because as soon as I put the football on it became apparent there were what looked like little circular light patches in the bottom right corner which was very distracting as the camera panned across the pitch, Having seen them my eyes were then dragged to this point constantly so I decided to return it but you cant you're sent to possibly the worst manufacturer customer support site I've ever experienced. I gave up trying to book a repair after an hour of trying. I'd certainly choose a tv where the warranty is covered by the seller next time.

Absolute Quality ?? % crystal clear picture with self adjusting to give you the best picture available and the sound is superb. With speakers built in I thought the quality would be a bit drab to be honest but oh no I was shocked with the surround sound self adjusting giving the effect as watching in a cinema. The TV is very light so if wall mounting is needed there would be no issues ??. It is well made with plenty of options for connecting other appliances. As always another purchase from Sony with nothing to find fault with.

Absolutely awesome TV - so pleased with it and the picture on it is amazing too. The colours are stunning and so clear. Easy to connect and came with clear instructions. Delivered with care by their delivery team. Just awesome!!

Excellent quality, as expected from Sony. Slight hic-up at first as TV was shutting down after a period of 'inactivity'. Discovered this was to do with one of the 'ECO' settings - and as we were watching recordings, on BT vision, it must have taken this as 'inactivity'. Easily rectified, once we were aware, by changing the ECO setting. Also took a bit of trial and error to link properly with Denon amplifier, but probably due to our lack of expertise.
