    NO WIRING

    1/5
The cooker came minus the wiring. A cooker with nothing to plug in is useless. The delivery guys put me through to the AO office & they told me to go & buy one from B & Q, Homebase or other electrical outlets. What a shambles of a service from AO.com. The delivery guys were brilliant as they helped me out by cutting the old electric cable from the old cooker . I then had to wire it from the cooker to the wall socket myself. Cheers AO.com

    Looks good, but is not.

Food takes twice as long to cook than in previous oven. Baking is a waste of time with this product.

    Cheap

    2/5
It’s easy to clean ?? but feels very cheap and not well made. The handles on the over doors are oversized and the hinges flimsy. I regret buying this.

Paint is awful on the top

    2/5
I got this oven 11 months ago. From the first few weeks the paint started to discolour on the top around the edge. Now the paint has started to bubble, lift and rust underneath. The paint is just awful. The oven takes a while to heat up and has no fan so food takes longer than it suggests on the packaging to cook. Wouldn't buy again.

needs to be on really high heat to cook food

    2/5
Pros - Looks excellent, has grill and 3 shelves included, cleans easily, quiet Cons - normal food that cooks at 200 dregrees needs to be set at 230-240 degrees to cook, oven door opened once on its own while cooking? never had that happen before Pro/con - grill pan is very large

    BANG AVERAGE

    3/5
Not bad. Does the job. Only 3 stars due to it being cheap looking and unlike any other cooker I’ve ever known, there’s no separate handle included for the grill.

    It’s ok, scratches

Nice oven, takes a while to get to the correct temperature, and the grey casing around the hobs get scratched really easy. After a week it looks awful.
