This cooker replaced my previous one of 20 years, so perhaps I was destined for disappointment. It arrived with a small dent in it, that we didn't notice staright away but didn't affect perfomance so didn't complain. The buttons that control the timer are flimsy, take effort to press and it's difficult to hit the sweet spot for a fast forward. I realised quickly that the oven wasn't cooking food at the tempearture I was used to, in the same time. I put in an oven thermometer and it read 20 degrees lower than that of the dial. AO sent an engineer who said ' I get called out for this all the time' and said there was nothing wrong with the cooker. Apparently it's all to do with changes in EU guidelines and the way ovens have to more energy efficient and move the heat around the oven. The solution, he told me to turn the dial 20 degrees higher than I need! Things still seem to take longer to cook, it doesn't cook evenly and I must be using more electricity surely? The cooker is just over a month old now and already colour from the front edge of the cooker had been taken off.

After our old cooker it took a bit of time to get used to it but are very pleased with it now. So many things I like the knobs are easy to see and use and seems very energy efficient
