Absolutely brilliant, so much better than the Hoover one that I had before. This one is quick, therefore economical, and very quiet. It does nag you if you don't empty it when it has finished, but on the whole, nagging is not such a bad thing for me!

Really impressed with the quality of the product and also with the efficiency of the AO team. I was contacted several times in the run up to the delivery and I am convinced that this ensured a seamless operation that was as smooth as possible. Well done to AO - a real team effort!
