    Sharp Tumble dryer

    5/5
Excellent piece of kit. Very quiet, easy to use. Very efficient even if these type of machines take longer. Absolutely love the intelligent drying options. Do as the instructions say and empty the water container after each use. I was surprised how much water is collected. Also the whole purchasing experience was so easy and the two delivery guys were very professional and friendly A+++

Well rated heat pump tumble dryer

    4/5
Only had the tumble dryer for a week, but so far has done well drying wet bedding straight from wash and almost dry laundry on refresh cycle. I like the ability to set the length of time and that not all features are pre-programmed. The lint/fluff collector is a bit difficult to clean. Dryer was chosen after Which review.

    Fast and quiet dryer

    5/5
Great dryer, much faster, quieter and with more options than our previous one. Has features such as child-lock which is very helpful with a toddler. Can be quite hard to un-lock it, so sometimes can be adult-lock too.

    Excellent tumble dryer

    5/5
I absolutely love this tumble dryer. It was a Which Beat Buy (shout out to my 97 year old grandmother for researching this for me!) and within my budget so it was an easy decision to make. It has a very large door and drum so can take a full washing machine load with ease. When you take your drying back out, there is a light inside the drum to make sure nothing gets left behind. It has a double filter so all the fluff and little things get captured easily. There have been some reviews which mention the fiddliness of choosing the correct programme, but I don’t understand that as when you turn the dial, the little light next to the programme lights up. However, as a precaution I kept the little arrow sticker which was cellophaned to the dial as part of the original Packaging and stuck it on the dial so the arrow also points towards the selected programme. If that falls off I might draw an arrow on with a marker pen but I don’t really think it is needed. The dryer is much quieter than my old condenser one. I do recommend making sure it is absolutely level otherwise the fan (in the bottom right) will whine a bit. I know it is much more energy efficient than my old one. I was worried that everything would take hours to dry but that has not turned out to be the case. It seems to run for a similar time to my old one, even if it starts with an alarming three plus hours!!! It does seem to be much gentler on my clothes etc. there’s a lot less fluff generated and my clothes feel soft. When they initially come out of the dryer, they do feel like they might still be damp, but once they have cooled down they feel dry. Certainly I have not had to put anything back in. I have emptied the water drawer after every use but I had to do that on my old one. I am careful with that as I feel that if I don’t hold that with two hands when I empty it that it might break. However, you can also just connect it straight to your sink outlet so you don’t even have to do that) it just isn’t an option for our layout). I have also emptied the filter after each use. I haven’t tried all the programmes yet but I have used the ones that I am going to use 99% of the time and I have no complaints. It’s also good that you can choose your own drying time in 20 minute increments. It has the standard delay feature as well as anti crease. It has a great range of programmes and I have no reason to believe that they won’t work. The display is bright and shows how long is left. I really really like it.

Top notch cheap to run dryer

    5/5
Great dryer. Not to deep so was able to get through corridors easier. Settings are straight forward and easy to use. Has been in constant use since arriving and very happy with how much cheaper it is to run compared to the older technology machines. Highly recommend dryer very pleased we up graded.

Stylish, easy to use and economical

    5/5
Really pleased with this dyer so far. Seems to be quite economical to run when compared to the standard vented type. It’s quiet even though it’s sat above the washing machine. Dries sufficiently well, with plenty of drying options, clever enough to stop itself when the laundry is dry before the preset time is done, very easy to clean the fluff filter and empty the condenser reservoir.

    Condenser Tumble dryer review

    4/5
Excellent so far -early days, less than one month's usage. Reduced anticipated time of program on half load. Have to remember to remove water collector each time.

    so far so good

    5/5
This is a Which recommended dryer and seems to be great so far. It takes slightly longer to dry on the economy setting but has a fast dry setting. Its 8kg which is slightly smaller than our previous one but we have not had a problem with the size and seems to take a machine load. Easy to use and the filter set up is straight forward. The main thing will be how long it lasts. Our other one was good for 15 years so... Its well priced and worth a look
