Delivered faulty. Over hour on phone at my cost trying to get through then explain fault. Date given for engineer to call then cancelled ? Could not supply new parts. However how do they know what is needed until they inspect it. Several more texts, calls Emails. Date given for replacement then appears to have been changed ? Still none the wiser and left with faulty goods not fit for purpose. A complete and utter farce for something in my opinion that is a very simple and easy fix, the larger gas ring will not ignite Can smell the gas and igniter works. A blockage perhaps ? Anyway you after care service sucks, and would i ever purchase from you again ? What do you think ?
