Delivered faulty. Over hour on phone at my cost trying to get through then explain fault. Date given for engineer to call then cancelled ? Could not supply new parts. However how do they know what is needed until they inspect it. Several more texts, calls Emails. Date given for replacement then appears to have been changed ? Still none the wiser and left with faulty goods not fit for purpose. A complete and utter farce for something in my opinion that is a very simple and easy fix, the larger gas ring will not ignite Can smell the gas and igniter works. A blockage perhaps ? Anyway you after care service sucks, and would i ever purchase from you again ? What do you think ?

After it arrived, it was only five days later the whole oven door fell off. Pulled the door ito open and the door and glass came off! Bad product I would avoid! Had to spend an hour on the phone to Beko waiting for the call to be answered only for them to tell me they need to send someone out to inspect it despite sending pictures!!!! Terrible product dont buy

I ordered this cooker from AO which was faulty upon installation after they removed my working appliance. I have then had to wait 8 days for an engineer to review before I can be issued with a replacement. Rubbish customer service.

We had this cooker installed by a gas engineer as we were getting our kitchen fitted, gas immediately starting bellowing out of the electric oven!? Gas fitter cut off the gas to the oven, we hadn’t even had chance to turn it on yet! Rang Beko who said they would ring in 24 hours, they didn’t, we rang back twice, sat on hold for a lifetime and then got cut off, finally got through to be told we had to wait over a week for someone to come and see if our brand new cooker could be fixed, if not another two weeks for a replacement! Shocking!

Oven seems to work ok, but is so noisy that it can be heard in other rooms of the house

i cant get on with this cooker, dont like it ,and i have only had it a month ,not enough room to cook on the hob looked really nice on the internet , i wish i had picked an oven & hob now quite disappointed !!

Cheap looking product, obviously you get what you pay for, in this case far too much for such a poor quality looking cooker.

It started out ok, but within two days the grill never warmed up. Now the main oven isn’t working properly plus the big gas ring takes ages to light. Waiting for Beko to have a look. 1 months waiting time.
