Looks really smart, none of the cheap looking shiny plastic that you get on so many of these. Really simple and will look good anywhere. Easy to level although the delivery guys said it was pretty heavy.

It keeps your food cold and looks good too. One minor complaint is that there's less customisation for shelf positions than you might think.

I had an understanding Miele was a top brand, a premium product and very durable. I was mistaken. Having installed this very pricey fridge freezer, this issues started immediately. The fridge wasn’t cooling my food and the condensation building up was requiring constant removal. Perhaps this was just a one off. However, do your research. Product sent back and I stuck with a brand a new better.

Product slightly louder than expected, and sides are not brushed metal like the front but otherwise it met all other expectations.

This is the third Miele product I have had and they have yet to disappoint. The build quality is excellent with lots of options to arrange the internal storage. Very quite when running.

Fridge freezer is good and plenty of room in the fridge. The build quality is good and the shelves are solid and well thought out. The lower door bottle shelf could benefit from being a little wider as you would struggle with larger milk bottles fitting. Also when trying to find the serial number of the product to register it, you have to be aware it’s near the veg bin inside and the number you need is not marked as serial number.

We bought this fridge freezer to replace a Miele we had had for 14 years. This one is even better than the last. So much space inside, nice and bright, enormous vegetable drawer (single as opposed to split in two which I prefer as it maximises space). It’s extremely tall but we’ve put the bottle rack at the very top which makes best use of the space for us. It was a bit fiddly to change the door-opening direction but we managed! Would definitely recommend this appliance.
