I had an understanding Miele was a top brand, a premium product and very durable. I was mistaken. Having installed this very pricey fridge freezer, this issues started immediately. The fridge wasn’t cooling my food and the condensation building up was requiring constant removal. Perhaps this was just a one off. However, do your research. Product sent back and I stuck with a brand a new better.

I have always championed Meile, owning a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier. I bought this particular fridge freezer because my daughter has had one for three years and I liked everything about it. However Meile have made alterations to the design. The choice of shelf positions is now very limited. I really dislike the large drawer at the bottom. Previously there were two which slotted into guides at the side. This drawer scrapes along the bottom of the fridge compartment. It is flimsy and lightweight plastic. Because it is large it gets filled with heavy vegetable items etc. As you pull it forward it bends and buckles. I expect it will crack very soon. Also, because there are no guides, it slips to the side and has already damaged the fridge seal. What a shame. Such a backward step on the design, although probably cheaper to produce like this? The appliance is very quiet and the cabinet finish is lovely, like all my other Miele kitchen appliances. But I can't stand the lack of shelf positions or the design of the bottle rack or the bottom drawer. I am currently looking for another fridge freezer.

Excellent quality as ever from Miele but slightly disappointed that the width inside the fridge for drawers is less than our previous fridge with the same 60cm width.

Good fridge/freezer. Purchased to replace our old one that had served us well but had become faulty. Positives: quiet, great sized fridge, with good number of shelves and door storage. Freezer could be bigger but so far so good. Negatives: the salad drawer would be better with two drawers and it would be good to have a bit more adjustment with the shelving positions in the fridge.

Great quality, levelling a little difficult

Fridge freezer is good and plenty of room in the fridge. The build quality is good and the shelves are solid and well thought out. The lower door bottle shelf could benefit from being a little wider as you would struggle with larger milk bottles fitting. Also when trying to find the serial number of the product to register it, you have to be aware it’s near the veg bin inside and the number you need is not marked as serial number.

Product slightly louder than expected, and sides are not brushed metal like the front but otherwise it met all other expectations.

Early days but impressed so far - plenty of fridge space.
