We have been looking for a new fridge-freezer for months and finally decided on this one despite the price. We have a very small kitchen but we really needed more fridge-freezer space and we opted for the french door type as 1) the doors are half the width when you open them and 2) because the style is more our kitchen cupboards (in a way!) and it would be less of a huge steel obelisk in the kitchen. Turns out it was the right choice both for appearance and it's other features. It is big but doesn't fill up our kitchen! We also wanted a fridge that had a meat drawer. This one has a very big meat drawer which keeps meat around 0 degrees, and also a big veg drawer with adjustable moisture levels. These drawers don't have those awful pull out tracks (like my old bosch fridge) and they open and close really well. I don't know if it could have had another fridge shelf, as it only has two - maybe - but on the other hand, if you have big things to put in, you don't have a glass shelf standing around with nowhere to go. The freezer is lovely - so big! I haven't had this much space in a fridge freezer in my life! Finally I can store all the food I want. It doesn't have that kind of cooling that evens out the temperature in the fridge, which is great because I want a different temperature at the top compared to the bottom. It cools and freezes really fast and keeps temperature. You don't get condensation or pools of water. It doesn't have water or ice "on tap" which is good, because the space is absolutely maximised. It's wonderfully convenient to take things out or put things away. You can see everything in it. The door racks can be moved and they are nice and big. It's also very quiet. It's got two nice big freezer drawers along with the other normal sized ones. It also has four wheels so you can move it if you need to, quite easily. It's got a brushed steel look, which gives it a slightly textured appearance, and the controls are really good. They are very big and at a convenient level and are sort of at a diaganal to the door, and appear black, like part of the trim, when not in use. This lovely fridge has settled in and become a very welcome member of the family! If you can afford this I would say go for it! We could not have had a better fridge.

It's a nice looking appliance. The stainless steel is good at not showing fingerprints too easily. Lots of storage space. Only criticism is that I would have preferred the side panels to have the same finish as the doors as we haven't placed it into a recess. The left-hand drawer cannot be opened without first opening both doors due to the door strip. Making the drawer 25mm narrower would have solved this and I would prefer the loss of that small amount of storage to remove the need to open both doors.

Bougt this to replace a 17 year old Bosch FF.So many positives,love the huge fridge,bright led lighting is great & having the salad & meat drawers on runners makes opening drawers easy. As for freezer the two big boxes brilliant,got a huge turkey in each one & still space for more items. Open door alarm is loud which is nice.Love the brush metal finish looks so classy.Very quite running had to chek it was actually working.As for negàtives I just can't find any & I've tried

I hope this will help future purchasers. A 5 star product but a bit of a journey. Great careful delivery of this enormous machine. Turned it on - all lit up but not cooling. Ran self test as per manual - all ok apparently. Manual said it could be the machine is programmed for showroom - all lights but no action. Called Bosch support - very helpful friendly agent who said if the lights are on it cannot be set for showroom. Manual seemed to say otherwise so tried to reset again - this time successful. Manual a bit poor as it does not explicitly say what to expect under all circumstances. Anyway, now works and seems to be a great machine.

Great design. We much prefer it to the 'side by side' type of fridge freezer as it gives loads of space in the fridge section and everything is easy to see.

This fridge/freezer is a Tardis. We filled this thing up with our usual amount, and there is still so much room. The freezer departments are surprisingly roomy. It makes almost no noise - certainly compared to our previous one. The fridge doors close with a reassuring clunk, and the alarm will definitely make you aware if you haven't. Cannot fault it. Bosch have done well. Again.

So far so good. We've had the product for about a month now and have no issues. The only criticisms which are minor... The adjustment feet have insufficient variability to correct for our very uneven floor. Having adjusters on all 3/4 feet instead of just the front 2 would fix this. The left side vegetable drawer cannot be moved without opening both fridge doors. Another door shelf would be useful as few are included. A full width freezer drawer/tray would be useful for freezing flat items (e.g. pizza bases). These are only minor issues that can be resolved or worked around. The machine is otherwise very good.

Wanted American F/F without any drinks dispenser (non-plumbed). This model looked ideal and when it arrived, I was very pleased. Very smart with sensible interior layouts for both fridge and freezer. Runs very quietly compared to my old one and has a good energy rating. Delivered exactly when I wanted by 2 chaps who "knew their stuff". Just wish guarantee was longer without having to pay extra fees.
