I’ve obviously struck it unlucky with this Bosch fridge freezer given other people’s reviews which developed a loud motor noise from nowhere in the week and where the fridge compartment has actually heated to 18C. It’s just 6 months out of its 2 year manufacturer’s warranty (irritatingly it now comes with a 5 year warranty). Whilst the the manufacturer’s customer service team have been pleasant to talk to, there has been absolutely nothing through them that doesn’t come at a huge cost to me for an appliance supposed to have a life span of between 12 - 20 years. AO in contrast have been brilliant and will be my go to appliance provider from now on. Thank you AO.

Product good service from AO good, delivery people very un helpful. Wouldn't deliver to 2nd floor apartment, my wife and I had to manually get it up, we were at least 30 years older than the delivery people.

I personally think this fridge freezer is amazing read reviews before purchasing and others said its loud but I think it's very quiet can't here it at all. Very spacious in fridge and the mega middle draw in freezer is great I would 100% recommend this item

Compared to an identically the same Samsung fridge freezer I already have the built quality is very bad. When I bought the Samsung it came properly wrapped,every bits inside the fridge freezer was well secured. The Bosch was like someone wrapped it in a hurry with cheap materials. The interior and exterior both on this Bosch is way cheaper looking, flimsy. The paint work on the Bosch seems done with a brush compared to the Samsung. The Bosch fridge freezer is slightly taller and wider but the smaller Samsung has more room inside, Samsung has done a lot of engineering to build a better product. I measured every inch to see the size difference on both back to back. I should have bought another Samsung. Anyway this is just to keep dog food so I have to put up with this now. I must say the Samsung came with a 10 year warranty, the Bosch gave only for two years and they want £100 to extend it to 3 more years.

Have had it since Dec 2020 and already experiencing issues with the doors. Fridge door swings too wide and the door seal is no longer working properly. I have to double check constantly that it's closed. There seems to be no suction/ magnetic pull. Disappointed with this product

a very good fridge freezer. So easy to set the required temperature independently of the fridge and the freezer and you have the confidence that the contents are properly stored as required

The description of this fridge freezer was that it was a "no fuss fridge" which is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the appliance had to be returned after less than one month's use. It was not only too small for our use, especially the freezer in which the large draw in the middle is a good feature, however the other two draws were very small and exceptionally tiny. Both the sections were far smaller than the Bosch one that it replaced. The outgoing unit had 4 large draws in the freezer. The main reason however that I needed it replaced was the major symphonies that it played. The noises that came from it were incredible. When it began, you could hear it from various places in the house. Very disappointing from a brand new fridge and a reputable brand. It was louder at times than the old Bosch one it replaced which was well over 10 years old. It was a lovely looking fridge freezer, a simple clean cut design. I liked the handles for opening. I also liked the fact that both the fridge and freezer had alarms to alert you to the fact that they were open. The fridge light also flashes after a while and switches itself off if it has been left open for too long. I was not a fan of just 1 main draw for vegetables in the fridge, things get lost. The shelves were also quite shallow. Imagine the mess that a tin of prunes falling from the top shelf made when it fell in an area which is decorated in cream. Unfortunately, it appears that I was sent a faulty appliance, however, without the noise issues, it is a lovely fridge freezer and would suit someone who does not do much in the way of shopping. I was very impressed with the way the final Customer Services Agent handled and resolved the matter for me after several calls and discussions with other Agents, a broken promise, needing to take recordings as evidence to upload, having to book an Engineer with Bosch to visit the property to assess the appliance to determine the source of the noise. Her level of Customer Service means that AO is a platform I will certainly return to when in need of an item. Please be aware that the 100 day use policy whilst true, the caveat is that the longer the item is with you, the more that you will lose off the price that you initially placed.

ordered as I had Bosch refrigerators in the past and they tended to be sturdier and better built than competition. Just received the latest one “made in Turkey” look8ng at it it looks like just another low end piece of kit with a premium priced badge. Looks as if it is a generic fridge by a contact manufacturer like Vestel with Bosch branding. Very disappointing - will not buy Bosch again
