Arrived damaged when box was removed which left me unhappy driver had to report this to the office which took along time for them to answer at least 25mins which I thought was very bad .the 2men who delivered it were great .was offered refund which I took but won't be buying anything else from this company.

Bought to replace same model in silver when fridge stopped working after only 4 years. Was surprised to see model has gone from AA++ to an E. If I wasn’t desperate for a fridge delivered quickly I don’t think I would have got this one

Good sized fridge freezer with plenty of shelves and adjustment of them. However, a few poor design faults. 1. The bottom bottle shelf on the door either needs to be taller at the front or have bracing fingers to stop bottles from falling over and out of it. 2. The doors need to be pushed all the way to close the door, especially the freezer door. All other fridges, freezers or both, I have previously owned, all you needed to do is push the door slightly and it would close. All this fridge freezer has is a rather quiet warning alarm that you'll only really hear if you are still in the same room. 3. When closing just the bottom freezer door, the fridge door will open a little, but luckily reseat itself once the freezer door was closed.

Product good but delivery guys dented side of fridge door taking up stairs .. I only noticed once they had gone so that was a shame

Looks good internally and externally. No bottle rack which is unusual. Haven't managed yet to work out the temperature with fridge

Cheap feeling product. Basic. Disappointed with Bosch.

Finding it quite loud, but seems to hold the temperature well. Quite large but a nice looking fridge.

Appliance is good but phoned customer service to register guarantee Very poor service and not helpful. Let’s hope I don’t need any support
