This is a fabulous gadget for the kitchen. I have researched various products extensively and opted for the Prospero. I have no regret at all! Very easy to use, powerful to do what it is supposed to. Yes, you may have to scrape off the bowl for lighter textured mixes, but all in all, I would buy again without a second thought!

I needed a new stand mixer as my old one had just stopped working. It was a compact Kenwood and I really liked it as it came with a load of other attachments too.
