Good quality. Our last Neff lasted 16 years. Slightly less door shelf space on this one because the salad box at the bottom comes further forward. Slightly more vibration from the motor than the last one but not too bad. (Sometimes it causes the toaster on the counter next to it to vibrate quietly but we move the toaster slightly and it stops. No big deal.)

Quality Product - robust and well made. It would benefit from dedicated storage for ice trays in the freezer section, but otherwise good.

Really pleaesd with the fridge/freezer. I went for a NEFF as my previous one had worked well for 22 years! The new interior provides more space - as do the drawers in the freezer. Just haven't given it a 5 as no shallow drawer for the ice trays in the freezer.
