Quality Product - robust and well made. It would benefit from dedicated storage for ice trays in the freezer section, but otherwise good.

Working well so far. Decent size shelves. Drawers seem a little flimsey so hopefully they last.

Quieter operation compared to its predecessor. The fridge layout feels more spacious, with better shelf adjustability and a larger crisper. The freezer compartment is small as one big box and one smaller draw where previous was 3 draws. Also annoyed that NEFF do not offer 5 years warranty on this model, only found out once fridge is fitted in and not easy task to take out. Also this fridge freezer is not frost free fridge has small amount of frost on back whereas previous NEFF was totally free.

Mixed feeling about this fridge freezer. Great size fridge and keeps food well - fruit and veg last much longer than old fridge. Not many extras like drawers or bottle racks to help organisation. Freezer holds a lot but two large deep draws make it hard to find things and no ice tray. Every time I need to get something out of the freezer I have to take the whole drawer out, find it and then put the whole drawer back in. Freezes well but this will get annoying with time.
