Love this kettle, looks great but is also really solid and love the way the lid opens smoothly. Well worth the money, best kettle we've ever bought.

This is my second SMEG kettle, the first is still going but I needed another for a different part of the house. Nice sturdy but chic looking kettle, I have only used it once by boy does it look good in my new kitchen.

Apart from the beautiful retro design, this kettle is the best I have ever bought. It boils quickly and is very quiet. The water pours in a steady stream and does not drip down the front as many cheaper versions do. The price was high but well worth it. I would highly recommend this kettle.

I have wanted one of these for ages, but couldn’t really justify buying one when my other kettle was in perfect working order. So when my old kettle broke, I wasted no time in ordering one of these. Yes, these kettles are expensive, but they appear to be well made with a sturdy metal body. Others reviews noted how quiet they are - I wouldn’t agree with that, but it doesn’t bother me either way. Overall, a super kettle that does the job!
