Easy and fast ordering online. I wasint home for the delivery and was easy to organise another time. The lady I spoke to on the phone was the friendliest and best customer service I have had. I recommend ao. Easy and straightforward I ordered the smeg kettle for my wife birthday present. It's really cool for a kettle lol you can choose the temperature and I has a alert sound when it's finished.

Looks great and works better than expected and really completes out kitchen. I'm so glad we opted for this option as opposed to the other version without the temperature gauge as it adds to the overall look and feel. Would recommend

Great smart looking kettle. Really pleased with the keep warm function which keeps the water to the correct temperature for up to 20 minutes.

The price is a bit excessive, but the wife wanted that one, it works as good as any other toaster I have used in my lifetime.

Overall a very good product. Stylish and functional. The boiling mechanism is a little quirky though. It does this thing where it starts to boil to get to the desired temperature and suddenly cuts off just before booking fully, then restarts and repeats the process about three or four times. It's odd it just doesn't keep the energy applied to get it to the desired 100C and then cut off. Seems like a slight waste of time and energy usage. Other than that it's great and the the sound notification when it boils is cool.

It is very stylish and it goes with my kitchen. The kettle has a lovely pour so the water doesn’t go every where only into the cup

Expensive but to use the slogan "you worth it" and it cheers you up ever day.. so treat yourself..
