Brilliant especially if you have solar batteries. Lower wattage mean you do not draw on the national grid as you tend to with the 3kw kettles. Hardly noticeable that it takes slightly longer to boil. Of course it does that’s just “science “ looks so stylish too. Dear me you would think I worked for SMEG!!!

Exactly what I wanted an efficient & good looking way of boiling a small amount of water.

This product is aesthetically beautiful and highly functional. I am sure that it will last me for years to come but more importantly AO couldn't have made my experience of buying with them more pleasant and hassle free. Good lids a bit stiff. Had this and re bought as it was old and had limesscale. Nice size kettle and looks good. Matching 4 toaster with sandwich grill bits is good too.
