Good looking washer dryer, great load capacity and a good range of programmes. Only had it a week but so far so good!

Great washer dryer despite developing a fault on first drying cycle - display was full of condensation. Machine swapped out quickly and 2nd one works like a dream. Would recommend!

I love the product. My clothes are clean and smell nice and dry. Fluffy dried pyjamas before bed - yes!!!! No more hanging up soggy laundry, no more worrying about soggy laundry being forgotten in the machine overnight. Didn't have to read the manual, ergonomic/intuitive design meant it was pretty easy to figure out. It's a small machine given the amount of laundry we can fit into it, fitting nicely in the same space that we had our previous 8kg machine.

Well made, very quiet with lots of good functions and dries the clothes great!

Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this AEG machine! The first time it broke down was after about 8 months, the pump went so the machine didn’t drain. Had to wait 2 weeks for an engineer, and several expensive trips to the laundrette The second time, the tumble dryer stopped working, again a long wait for an engineer. Apparently today the sensor’s have all been replaced, the engineer has gone but it still doesn’t work! Added to which the bearings have now gone so it needs a new drum. AEG’s customer service is abysmal they absolutely couldn’t care less. They aren’t interested in their faulty products and the consumer is left, in my opinion to pick up the pieces. £900 is a lot of money I feel to spend on the rubbish we’ve been sold. I will never again buy an AEG product

Product seems well made and works well (although only a few weeks in, so too early to tell re: durability).

Very impressed with the quality of this machine. It is particularly heavy so requires some manpower to shift into place - leveling is a must, initially I just eyeballed this and the spin cycle made a racket. After using a spirit level and doing the job properly it was perfect. All wash cycles are simple to use and very effective. Drying doesn't get too hot and therefore won't melt polyester etc. We did notice that the drain hose on the back is a non-standard size and as such won't press-fit tightly onto most cut-in waste pipes. I had to use a couple of Jubilee clips to solve this. Another point to remember is that you need to turn on the machine first before putting clothes in otherwise it doesn't weigh them properly and can't calculate the correct wash/dry times. Regardless of the above points I feel like we've got a very high quality machine.

Really pleased so far - excellent washer / dryer. Weighs the load to adjust timings. And very quiet.
