Very happy with the fire, looks more expensive than it is. Light effect is really good and gives the room a cosy warm feeling. The only downside is that it doesn't really come with any way of fixing to a wall other than a fabric strap to stop it tipping forward. Having 2 small children I would have hoped for something a little more secure.

Recently bought this fire and wow it looks better in the flesh than on the screen and it looked great on that. Fantastic service from start to finish with regular delivery updates and it arrived on time with 2 very pleasant delivery drivers who brought it straight into the flat. Would wholeheartedly recommend AO and definitely use them again

Just moved into a new house and needed something to break up the plain wall in the living room . We had been looking at similar ones in DIY shops which seemed lower quality but twice the price. For the price it is better than expected and it’s really good. We use it as a feature and just have the flame effect on, funny as the dog jumps off the sofa every time we turn it on so he can lie in front of it which proves it’s very convincing. Great item at a price that won’t break the bank!

Not a lot to say really the fire was as we expected arrived on time and in good condition. We were kept informed of the delivery time so did not have to stay in waiting would use AO again

Fire doesn't pretend to be what it's not. No fake brass or fake blacked cast iron. Gives plenty of heat on either setting an looks good.

Really impressed with the appearance and efficiency of the fire. Attractive to look at, gives a good focal point in our lounge. Very easy install. The price was exceptionally good too. Delivered on time and keep informed of delivery information. All round good job.

This fire has really brought the room together. It’s a modern and unfussy design that fits in well with our room and is a good size for the room. The marble effect is good and it is well made and comes ready-built which is convenient. The flame effect is the best I’ve seen at this price range. I’m really glad I chose this fire rather than others at same price where the flame effect is not as good. I highly recommend this fireplace suite.
