looks lovely and realistic the only small problem is the carpet reflects in the glass sort of spoils the illusion but on the whole looks good and gives a good boost of heat

Love the fire it looks and fits great . Delivery was fantastic very helpful especially in these times . The only thing is the wire to.plug is quite short and I've had to use an extention .

I spent hours agonising over which fireplace to buy and with a budget of less than £300 and also a small room to factor in, I looked at a lot. For the price this is an amazing fireplace. The flame effect looks real. I bought it to use as a focal point but I do have the hest on if I've been out and it gives out a lot of heat. I would've given 5 stars but in order for it to fit flush against the wall I had to have help drilling through the wall otherwise the lead would've "stuck out" but I'm not sure if all fireplaces are like this. Overall a fantastic fireplace for the money!

Fire doesn't pretend to be what it's not. No fake brass or fake blacked cast iron. Gives plenty of heat on either setting an looks good.

The final piece of my living room is now in place.. the fire looks cosy with just the light on and warms quickly with the fan on.. the fans quite nosey.. so not sure if it’s faulty? Other than that I love it... thumbs up

Would have given 5 stars but there is a small deep scratch on it. Not worth returning though
