Only just bought the microwave , big improvement on my Panasonic and does what it says on the tin.

I reviewed this microwave on 4/5/20. And gave it four stars Just over one year later on 9/05/21 it shut down power during microwaving... And as of the date of this follow up (5 Dec 2021) despite numerous visits by Samsung appointed engineers and replacement parts it remains faulty. I'm currently waiting for a fourth visit later on this month. I have no regrets using AO and the engineers have been gracious and apologetic. But Samsung Customer Service have been among the worst people to deal with. Difficult to get to speak to anyone of marginal ability to resolve. Adamant that the customer is misusing the appliance and refuses to offer a refund or replacement. We have Been without a fully functioning appliance for over seven months. The details are too numerous to mention which include lengthy calls to their customer service and long wait for parts..i don't intend to buy ANY product made by Samsung in future. And if you are in the market for a microwave do the research on that manufacturers after sales service before buying.

Wonderful machine. As a single man this product is a perfect product as it does everything and more. Having said that I had 3 friends over for a roast dinner on Sunday and the results were amazing.

Easy to use, nice large capacity. The oven style bottom hinged door makes it a breeze to get things in and out, without catching your arm on the door (which I've done too often on a side hinged microwave.)

Really enjoying it so far, a much needed improvement from my previous microwave!

Quick to heat up and equally as quick to cook to perfection. Cooked a roast chicken at the weekend with zero issues.

We got this waaaay back in 2016, and it's been absolutely fab! The 'Crusty Plate' is great with the HotBlast function, and is perfect for cooking Turkey Dino's for the kids! Also can do a mini pizza in 7 mins under HotBlast too! Over the years, the timer dial got a bit temperamental, and the edges of the crusty plate had worn to a sharp edge from all the cleaning, but this past week the fan for the hot blast function finally failed after sounding like a car with the brakes stuck on. Given it's lasted just shy of 6 years, used and abused daily, I really can't fault it! In fact it's been that good, we've just ordered another one 5 minutes ago!
