The product delivered was incorrectly built by the manufacturer. Unable to change the hand of the doors and expanding foam still visible around the base. Naeem on customer service could not have been more helpful. A replacement product was delivered the next morning and my defective item returned free of charge.

I love this fridge freezer although I've paid another £35 for a new shelf online to organise the fridge better. The freezer top shelf is a brilliant idea. I would recommend.

I have a small galley kitchen and this is the perfect depth and width but still a lot of food capacity. The freezer is a good size and freezes really quick and the fridge is well set out. The light is cold white but would have preferred warm white led.

Bought this to replace our old unit that was over 15 years old and was starting to lose temperature. It's OK but its definitely not 50/50 as the listing says. The fridge is 171L and the freezer is 80L so definitely not what I was expecting(I should have read the listing properly, I know). The finish is decent and not likely to tarnish easily. It's a non cfc unit which is a pleasant surprise. Honestly it could do with another shelf inside the fridge. The freezer compartment isn't amazing in size either. All in all, I'm not blown away by the unit but provided it keeps the beers cold it will suffice.

Had this freezer for not even 2 years now. The seal on the freezer has broken, it barely closes properly which is causing frost on all my items. My fresh chicken which I froze has spots of freezer burn on it. When I looked into it, it’s due to inconsistent temperature on the freezer. I can barely close the door at all. I’ve tried to move the seal to help; and that still doesn’t work. I’m worried that myself and my son (2) are going to end up unwell from the food. I did ring Fridgemaster a few months back and they told me that it was out of warranty after less than 2 years. However, I could either pay £150 all at once or something like £13 a month for a year and an engineer would come out to fix the issue. However, if they did, there’s no guarantees it will be fixed and I may still need to buy a new one. I don’t have the money to flush down the toilet incase it cannot be fixed and need to buy a new one. There was no help from them at all. Now I’m left with a frozen over freezer and food that’s not fit to eat when I’m trying to save money.

My new Fridgemaster MC55251 fridge freezer from AO.com arrived Saturday 2nd April. As the two delivery guys were unpacking the product it was clear to see that there was a large dent at the lower rear left hand side of the fridge/freezer where the heating element is situated. The delivery guy informed me that its how its manufactured. I waited the recommended 4 hour time frame before plugging it in to allow the gasses to settle. With the fridge freezer on max cold setting the temp inside the fridge remains warm. I stocked up on food the day after delivery and it has all now spoiled. I will be calling AO.com at 8am this morning to inform them that i am rejecting the product. Not a happy customer!

After reading the reviews, I was convinced, this product will be a great fit, but it turned out otherwise. The lighting inside is poor, the fridge door seal got detached after one week, one shelve has gone missing and the freezer units are small.
