Unfortunately product was faulty and did not work

I never got to use the item as it turned up damaged and was returned.

Ordered this fridge freezer and it arrived two days later. After waiting for gases to settle for a few hours we switched the fridge on and put our shopping in, the next morning we found the fridge had a foul smell and all of our fridge/freezer food was gone off. The fridge was warm and the freezer was only slightly cold, I spoke to AO but was only given the option for an engineer to come out mid Week. Having two special children that need their medication refrigerated we were not offered any other alternative but to pay extra and order a different fridge. We paid an extra 20 and after a lengthy discussed AO contributed 50 pounds for an upgrade but we had to wait 3 more days with no fridge freezer and even then the new one arrived late afternoon when it was due first thing in the morning. As for the cost of the loss of food shopping we were given the option to claim from the manufacturer but we would have to keep the fridge and not be able to re order. As we couldn’t wait that long we had to re order. Overall we lost 200 pounds. Avoid avoid avoid

The interior layout of this fridge freezer is perfect and that side of things is great but i swear it scratches just from looking at it. I followed instructions provided about cleaning using a non scratch glass cloth and it is still covered in scratches and swirls. I’ve only owned it two weeks and replacing it. Completely ruins the look of my new kitchen

Worked well however Freezer stopped working after 5 months, according to the engineer who looked at it, there was no gas in the device which suggested a leak somewhere so needed to be replaced.

The appliance arrived damaged and was offered 20% compensation but decided to have product exchanged as the Dent was too noticeable .After arranging an exchange AO.com took 10% back from my bank without emailing the details as they said they would do ,yesterday the scheduled time for excahnge of Appliance was 8.30-9.30am and they called at 8.15 i returned the call they had left my building and surrounding street sa nd had no call back for an hour and they didnt return with new appliance and have charged me £30 for having the damaged Appliance ,now i have another scheduled date for tomorrow ,i wouldnt purchase from this company again ,no good will gesture and the after care team advisor used inappropriate words to my mum

Good value and delivery exceptionally quick. Unfortunately not the best build quality in line with price. A Part broke withing a day of use and still struggling over a week later to resolve between AO and manufacturer.

I first received this product with a faulty main light. After 2 engineer visits it got replaced. Now have a fridge that makes a very high pitched humming noice for at least half of the day which is driving the family crazy. Engineer came to see and basically said noises like this are “normal” though having lived in houses with fridges for 34 years it’s totally out of the ordinary and very annoying. The fridge itself is good maybe you’ll get lucky and receive a fault free fridge as this one is driving me to insanity after the months of fault / engineer visit merry go round with this humming day and night when you are trying to relax and have some quality time with family in the kitchen; though it does look the part at least and like said previously the fridge and freezer are really good which you’d think would make it a positive experience though unfortunately even this doesn’t save it for me.
