Had this delivered 3 weeks ago and the water dispenser was cracked and leaking, the whole thing seems a bit fragile, many phone calls later and still waiting for replacement, was supposed to phone me yesterday but still nothing, fridge seems to be working ok, albeit a bit flimsy

Faulty wires not covered at the back, both myself and my partner got an electric shock. Also there is a loud noise/vibration sound every 5/10 minutes, I’m guessing I’ve been sent a faulty fridge but have no way of sending it back.

Had Miele fridge and freezer for 20 years big nice solid item Water dispenser is so slow to fill full glass of water maybe takes few hours Not lots of shelves Freezer is ok nice Coulour is nice

Looks like it will do the job however it feels quite cheap and is very loud

We noticed after delivery that the freezer section door had a dent in it. I contacted ao.com and they asked me to send photographs of the damage which I did, they offered me a refund of £25 as they were unable to exchange the item as it had been plugged in and used, I accepted the £25. Overall the service was good and I would use ao.com again.

Reasonable freezer section but fridge is a little small, especially with shelf height e.g. one of the shelves is only usable for items as high as an egg box if the other shelves are adjusted so that small jars like mayo etc. can actually stand up.
