    Happy with delivery staff but unhappy with dent in fridge door.

    Very happy with the staff who delivered, took away old appliance but was unhappy that there is a dent in the fridge door, wouldn't of minded if the dent was on side or back but the fridge door not happy with that.

    I've bought this product a week ago. It is working fine so far however, it arrived with some dents, so check this product very carefully. I hope this product will last at least 10 years as my old fridge stopped working after 14 years of use.

    Overall a decent fridge freezer, but it has flaws.. Pros: Quiet, frost free, relatively low price, looks good from the front Cons: Water dispenser drips and water collects in freezer door handle, side panels are a different shade to doors and have a cheap looking stippled effect, no height adjustment at rear, freezer drawers are short.

    If you want a tall narrow fridge freezer then this is the one! Not much depth or width but the most redeeming thing is the water dispenser!

    Very nice, does what it's supposed to. I do have a few concerns/issues tho... 1) The drinks dispenser compartment broke as I tried to remove it for initial cleaning ! This was as I was following the instructions too. (Emailed the warranty department on the day, still waiting for a reply a week later !?!) 2) The freezer door always seems that it's not closed and needs extra pressure on it for reassurance. 3) The shelves in the fridge could be a little deeper.

    It works really well and looks lovely It marks very easily and already have scratches! Water dispense is quite low would have loved it higher! And with covid they don’t help you get it to the desired room which I was told they could! So mixed communication!

    2 fridge freezers and so far both had issues first one was crushed on the top second one the water dispenser on the front was not attached I’m still waiting for a response from fridgemaster

    It’s a lovely fridge freezer. The water dispenser could have been a little deeper to hold more water and no shelve above it as it’s a pain to remove each time but other wise a good fridge freezer for the money
