There was a missing part in the box I received I reported the matter to AO Customer Service and was promised a replacement. However, 10 days later I have still not received a replacement and my request top have the product sent back to AO with a full refund have been ignored. Very disappointed with their service.

Great product- the large bowl is exactly what we were looking for and is large enough to whip are food for a family. Quieter than our previous model it's suckers ensures that it stays firmly on the worktop. There is a handy storage bag for the attachments and the variable speed control means that it is straightforward to mix the ingredients to just the right consistency. I would recommend this product for anyone wanting an easy to use product that makes creating meals for a family quick and easy.

This product is fab. It has all the attachments a busy kitchen would need and the bowl size is huge making it the perfect all in one extremely useful product
