i am very pleased with my food processor i have made pastry and yeast dough in it. i was worried how it would mix dough but it did it perfectly. ao.com delivered my order very promptly. would definitely use the web site again

Bought this to replace an old workhorse of a food processor that finally gave up the ghost! The instructions could have been a lot clearer rather then just the diagrams supplied. After hunting everywhere for the second spindle, found it inside the bigger one. Liked the little bag that keeps all the blades, etc tidy. Used first to make a date and ginger cake and not impressed at all. The dates did'nt chop up at all and the flour was just pushed up against the side of the bowl rather then blended in. Ended up picking out dates to chop up then mixing again by hand. It all made a horrible mess. Not a very nice result either once cooked. Will not use for cakes again. Second use was to slice potatoes and onions and a great result. Think it depends on what you intend to use it for but for anything apart from a cake it is a robust good piece of equipment.
