Wasn't happy at all. Was delivered with a dent in the front of it

Arrived, stopped working after a few days. Lights are on, a tray of ice cubes are in it, won’t freeze them. AO will only give you back half the money if it’s been used, so you really need to check the manufacturer details on any product they sell, because if things go wrong that’s who you’re going to be dealing with once you plug it in Engineer will be here in about a week; no talk of replacement yet because they want to inspect whether it’s my fault - not a great experience overall I lost £40 of food, I’m starting to realise that buying cheaper white goods is a mistake - it’s not like a toaster you can just return to Amazon for free.

The item itself is very spacious and bigger than my last freezer. The lid is light and there is?a?drain valve when you want to defrost. My only gripe is that there is a large dent in the freezer and not one person has called me back to rectify this problem not happy at all shame as this was the first time I have used you.

It was dented on the front but I have only just uncovered it. It’s a good size

Ordered a small chest freezer. Unfortunately there was a small dent to the front face of the freezer. Contacted the supplier and sent a photo to their website. 1 week later, still no response.

The fridge master seems to be working well at the moment. However as it arrived damaged only time will tell!
