Very good product for the price digital controls very easy to use I like how you can lock in the freeze temperature also has a quick freeze button it also has two drain plugs for when you defrost one on the side the other on the bottom with the added bonus of a interior light which comes on when you lift the counter balanced lid all in all excellence value for your money

Freezer works and looks fine but has no racks baskets inside.

Arrived with a dent on side. No answer from phones because of COVID. Stuck with it now. Otherwise fine. Packing should be better as showed no sign of damage

Great freezer loads of space did over 200 in frozen food and all went away with room to spare . When searching for stuff on a dark evening it also has a handy light built into the lid which works great .the lid also holds up on its own so you have both hands for finding what you are looking for . Also a small basket to hold part bags off food .easy to set up just plug in and go . Also having a drain hole for when you need to defrost and clean great freezer for the money . A+++++++++++++

It seems to tick all the boxes. Counterbalanced Lid, Interior Light, suitable for a garage and good capacity. One challenge has been finding good stackable freezer baskets for it. Also additional hanging baskets are proving hard to source. It would be nice if Fridgemaster made sure these were available when they launch a new product. AO service wrt delivery was spot on.

A bit smaller than the Norfrost one it replaced which was 15 years old and prone to icing up because the lid would no longer seal properly. The design has moved on since our last purchase with all the freezing system built into the box; no external condenser at the back for instance though it could be argued that encroaches into the interior as to be clear, there's a step where the compressor etc. are built in so it's not a simple box-shaped freezing space. Even so, there's plenty of space for the overflow from the kitchen for two people. Two baskets inside would have been nice rather than just the one but it's not a deal breaker for me. Crucially, the walls of the freezer are thicker than our old one which had a tendency to be cold on the outside and cause condensation in the summer, so it'll be interesting to see if this extra thickness helps stop that. All in all, going from a B rated to A+ rated appliance should keep running costs lower. Nicely finished outside and whilst there's no counterbalanced lid, it does stay in position when you raise it. Worth considering at the price if you're in the market for a small to medium chest freezer

This chest freezer is just what I needed. It is good quality, easily moved, and holds a really good quantity of frozen items. The one drawback is that it only comes with one basket. There was no information about possibly purchasing another basket
