Freezer had dent in the lid. Had to keep it as removed old one.

It's a good buy, is quiet and compact. But not keen on lid though, you have open it carefully otherwise it springs back rather too quickly. Could do with another basket.

It's OK. I've had it a week though and it's frosting up near the lid already. I'm not sure if that's supposed to happen, I'm new to chest freezers. It looks nice in black.

Quick freezing initially, but really difficult to work out how to utilise the fast freeze. Took 2 of us half an hour to understand the instructions which must be a poor translation. Once understood, the freezer is working well and I have fast frozen several items successfully.

Chest freezer was smaller than I would have liked but it was an emergency so I had no choice. It has been very difficult to get it to the correct freezing temperature despite putting it on a much lower setting and the fact that it is situated in an outside garage. I find the digital temperature controls confusing as there are no lights to show that the freezer is on and working OK. When the lights are illuminated it would be better if the actual temperature was shown rather than just the temperature setting; you have to rely on an additional thermometer to ensure it has reached the correct temperature.

I like the product and size was exactly as I needed but I found it extremely difficult to set the right temperature and had to ring you a couple of times before someone was able to help me
