Slightly damaged but works fine

2/5
Product came with 2 small dints in I gather it was from travel. Found it pointless sending back as we would have to faff about re packing after emptying all our freezer stuff in. Just will not order from here again

Sadly, it's missing a couple of touches...

3/5
It's nice and big, roomy inside. Wheels are a good touch. So it does what is says on the tin... however 1 The picture has a lock on the handle. As it's made to be in an outside area, you would also think that lock was a key feature. But what you actually get is a place for a lock - no lock. So it's not lockable unless you pay someone to come and fit a lock. 2 There is no light in the lid when you lift it up. For a product that is designed to be in an out building, such as a shed, then a light inside the lid would be handy. So you need to hold a torch when you take a trip to the freezer, or pay someone to fit a light to your shed. 3 The freezer only comes with one basket tray. Two would be really handy and helpful. There is plenty of space for two. We have ordered another basket tray for about £20 from a website that provides 'parts'. 4 following on from the above, our old freezer had two basket trays, so we thought we could use them... but no. This freezer is slightly bigger, so the old trays do not fit. So check the dimensions of what you have if you were thinking similar thoughts... So, as a basic freezer, it's OK. It's just a shame that a couple of touches have been left out, and unfortunately these touches do really influence your opinion.

Works well, not packed well

3/5
The chest freezer works well, lots of space for all we need. Not packed well has a small dent on the front, luckily it is in a garage.

Biggish chest freezer, good value, love the castors

4/5
Biggish chest freezer at a good price. Particularly like the roller castors on each corner, SO much easier to get it into place. Was a bit miffed that there is only one basket, there is actually room for four baskets, but two or three would have been nice, or if available as an accessory at a sensible price. With a deep chest freeaer, it is hard to get to items at the bottom if they are all in one heap. Also, after transferring the frozen food from the old freezer (which took about 90 minutes to empty, change places and reload, on a warm day) the new freezer took over 24 hours to refreeze the food properly, and the yellow 'warning' lamp go out. Bit slow, but perhaps it is difficult to extract the heat from the upper food layers with all the lower food layers in the way, again the 'heap' nature of chest freezers with just one basket.

So far so good

The freezer is proving to be efficient, although time will obviously tell.
