First impression is that it is a good product, only disappointment was that there is no light when you open the lid. The wheels are a good idea but would be better if they had brakes to keep the freezer in position.

Lots of room, freezes quickly, quiet.only one basket.

This freezer has lots going for it. Its a good size, not too heavy and the wheels make it easy to manage. Only trouble was we had trouble fitting the handle. You have to take out 4 screws and one was not moving! Contacted the maker and they are coming to sort it. Otherwise very happy...

So far so good with this freezer, it does the job well and is efficient,it dropped a point because the freezer has 4 screws on the front of the lid, you loosen them to attach the handle, the last one will not come out whatever we try, I've contacted the manufacturer who promptly cut me off just after I explained the problem, subsequent calls were engaged. It's not a big problem, you can still open the lid but it should work.

Great service from ordering to delivery. Slight confusion with one of the delivery team regarding the products ordered and recycling, but soon sorted there and then.

Was delivered packed. The delivery guys just put down and left so I unpacked myself. I was a bit concerned if there was any damage I would have to photograph and report which would have been a real hassle. Pleased to say was in good condition. One problem, the screws that hold the handle , 2 of them are fused on so cannot put handle on. I think I am not the only one to have had this problem.

Pleased with the freezer it is on wheels so easy to move. The only problem is it only has one basket. We have ordered 2 baskets from Fridgemaster but they are out of stock at the moment.
