Arrived timeously and in excellent condition. All parts present and works well. Multiple parts and suitable for all types of cooking at tested.

This is the first food processor I've ever owned, and was brought primarily to assist with baking. I'm happy with the product. It has all the attachments specified in the description, they are easy to attach and use. It is quieter than I expected. I've made two 'all-in-one' sponge cakes with it, both have come out fine. I've had only two minor issues with it. The first is when grating chocolate. The chocolate has a tendency to start melting and getting clogged on top of the grater attachment. The second is you have to be careful how you line up the bowl when fixing it in place. It is possible for only one side of it to latch in, and then it is very awkward to remove it again to set it properly. Avoidable if I take more care when putting it in place.

I was a bit overwhelmed by all the attachments, at first, but the diagram on the inside lid of the box is the fastest way to see what goes where and for what purpose. Especially enjoying liquidizing an apple, orange, carrot, celery, cucumber and ice for a 5-a-day breakfast smoothie!

Replacement for larger lakeland that i couldn't repair again. The size of this one is much easier and the build quality looks more robust. It doesn't grate as well but that might be some old carrots.

Arrived the next day and is excellent. Very smart with all the attachments needed. Delivery driver very helpful.

It's a solid, well made and reliable food processor. I bought this one for my parents but have had one myself for a couple of years now. The cutting blades don't seem to have gone even slightly blunt (I managed to nick my hand on one the other week being a clutz when washing it, so it's still sharp!), and the parts aren't showing wear and tear. As with many mixers, you need to be fairly thorough and careful with the cleaning/ drying because there are lots of nooks and crannies, which is annoying but hardly a major problem. The only reason it scores a 4 and not a 5 is because the variable speed goes from "Fast" at the slowest setting up to "oh crikey that's *really* fast" and finally up to "now you're just showing off". This has the unfortunate side effect of sometimes squashing cheese and softer veg rather than slicing/grating it. Buy this for chopping, slicing, grating and (particularly) liquidising - don't try to gently mix anything in it. Otherwise? Cracking bit of kit.

Bought this to replace a magimix which I'd had for years - but the bowl was cracked and broken in places so leaked. Had a look at the 'which' reviews and this model came up pretty high - but not expensive! also the majority of parts go in the dishwasher - bonus. Haven't used all the parts yet but so far it's been great and much lighter to move from the cupboard than my previous model. all in all I think it's great value for money and quite big enough to prepare most things I'd want to. the fact that it has separate chopper for nuts, herbs etc and a liquidiser for soups and smoothies is also a bonus.

Really great product, works especially well for kneading. Speeds up my cooking process by saving all the hand chopping and I love that more or less all the parts are dishwasher safe too! Cable can also be tucked back into the main unit so looks really sleek on the kitchen worktop and chrome look makes it look classy.
