The delivery was on time which was quick enough. It was one of the deciding factors of why I choose to buy from AO. And the other reason was there was a sale and the price was competitive. Also received a call from after sales team which was nice though I didn't need the insurance because it was a gift. The product it self it fantastic and worth the price tag. So overall I am a happy customer.

Fast, light and the gold looks great

Having always been very much a Windows laptop man, for various reasons and after a LOT of online research I decided that the time was nigh to purchase my very first MacBook. I have to say that during the research it certainly looked the part, but I'm always slightly wary of marketing/advertising - especially given Apple's record in this area. However I can confirm that it really IS a fantastic piece of kit; sleek, lightweight and extremely quick thanks in no small part to Apple's new M1 chip. Colours are vivid, commands are easy to use/follow, the battery life is exceptional and the quality of the inbuilt camera is outstanding. I could go on citing the superlatives, however I will conclude by saying this; I'm glad I popped my MacBook cherry whilst seemingly at the top of their game - I'm fairly sure it will not be my last foray into the non Microsoft-dominated world...
