Our old laptop died - we were fed up of slow clunky PCs This is light, efficient, epic long battery life and easy to use. Finger print recognition etc makes you feel like it is safe. Not needing anti-virus software on top is a bonus.

The delivery was on time which was quick enough. It was one of the deciding factors of why I choose to buy from AO. And the other reason was there was a sale and the price was competitive. Also received a call from after sales team which was nice though I didn't need the insurance because it was a gift. The product it self it fantastic and worth the price tag. So overall I am a happy customer.
