Surprisingly easy to set up !

Coming from a late 2011 MacBook Pro, this 14” 2021 M1 model feels like a real jump into the future. The screen is extremely clear and dynamic, plus the high refresh rate gives everything a sense of realism. It’s extremely fast and quiet, starting up in less than 10 seconds and launching apps in an instant. The speaker system is extremely good for a laptop, plus the microphone is studio quality. The one thing I would keep an eye on is that, if you have an external drive plugged in and close the laptop, you get a ‘disk not removed properly’ error. I don’t think this is much of an issue for newer SSDs but something to remember. If you’re a Mac user and looking for a laptop powerful enough for music prodiuction/video & photo editing, or even just a super fast laptop for media and work, I would absolutely recommend this laptop!

Not cheap but absolutely awesome laptop. Fast, powerful, great screen and amazing speakers for a laptop. So much nicer to use than Windows.

Excellent MacBook from Apple, read a lot of info before choosing the older model. It seems to be evident through numerous searches and tests that the M1 Pro is better in all aspects as the new m2.Great price from AO and dispatched promptly. Also excellent communication from AO regarding delivery from there couriers.
