Great as usual

I upgraded from the iPhone XR which I’d owned for 3 years. There is a big improvement in the speed, camera and battery life so really happy with the product - 5/5

Works as well as a new iPhone would and was delivered very quickly.

Upgraded from I-phone 7. Always favoured Apple products and set-up was seamless from cloud storage and took 10 mins max. Used AO previously for domestic appliances and had no hesitation buying a new phone from them. Great service and price and no hesitation in recommending them and their services - thanks ??

Phone arrived early, was as expected and I can say the help from the young lady in sales team was first class. The iPhone 13 replaced another iPhone and is noticeably better. The iPhones always feel well made and solid, now easier than ever to set up if you have a previous model. Well done AO for service and Apple for the phone.

This is my first IPhone and I’m glad I decided to get it! I’m able to contact all my friends and family either by calls, text or even using social media on 4G when out and about. AO delivered it safe and sound very quickly without any issues so I highly recommend!
