Disappointed that it has a new plug and wire which i have already misplaced and cannot use the old apple plug or wire as not accessible to this Ipad. Also I do struggle that it doesn't have a button in the middle to help me close apps in the background. I also struggle using the toggle to shift to numbers which makes it harder for people with disabiliies.

Excellent service from AO. Great Ipad. Bought for my partner following a recent cancer diagnosis. He is a photographer and I wanted to give him a way of editing and viewing all his beautiful pictures while he is hospitalised. This is perfect. A nice size, not too weighty. Great graphics. He is very happy with this. He even shed a few tears.
