When we unpacked this, the door wouldn’t open and when we plugged it in there was a flash and it went completely dead! AO were brilliant and replaced it with a different model (this one had sold out) by 8am the next morning! Customer service at its best, and the reason we always buy from AO! The Beko microwave actually looked quite cheap, and the top had a lot of vent holes and a very big label that wouldn’t come off, so quite unsightly.

My own fault, I should have realized it wasn’t digitalis it’s difficult to judge timings so food it too cold or hot.

The timer is difficult to use especially when you are elderly. I managed to burn my microwave meal causing my room to fill with toxic fumes. Dangerous.

Does the job, very basic! Difficult to see the exact timer as it is not digital.

Does what it says on the tin- it’s a cheap, black microwave, simple controls but works as hoped, no issues so far, simple controls- timer on and off knob and temp change knob, all you need

It was delivered on time and was all in working order, take a while to get the temperature how you like it, obviously being used to a different microwave. Happy with the product and service.

Features on the dial are lacking - not easy to see

The best thing about the microwave is the defrost setting. On the dial and simple. When using it as a microwave, it isn't exact in timing as there are no digital timings to confirm. It's a minute either way. For a large family it's tiny. But it does hold a large plate. This microwave is for an elderly person who doesn't liking fussing over buttons and numbers.
